Your Role:
As a Global Supply Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across various indirect categories. You will:

• Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple categories.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and develop procurement strategies.
• Lead supplier qualification and selection processes.
• Analyze supplier proposals and provide recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee purchase order creation and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
You will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with strategic sourcing platforms and familiarity with procurement and vendor management will be advantageous.

About the Role:
The Maintenance Mechanical Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems within the Body in White (BIW) production line. This position involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules in alignment with OEM standards.
• Coordinate calibration plans for jigs and fixtures.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Train maintenance technicians on best practices.
• Collect and analyze maintenance data to improve processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with automotive mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS and CAD software.

As a Maintenance and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our AMP-2 manufacturing campus in King Abdullah Economic City, KSA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and streamline operations and maintenance strategies for various facility systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, fire protection, and water treatment.
• Oversee maintenance programs utilizing CMMS tools to achieve safety and sustainability KPIs.
• Manage daily operations involving internal technicians and external service providers.
• Develop operational plans for utilities and energy management.
• Lead emergency response planning for facility-related incidents.
• Own facility operations budgets and manage vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support installations and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Promote sustainability efforts focusing on energy optimization and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Lucid’s policies.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and industrial utilities.
• Expertise with CMMS platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
